Sales Assistant

We are looking for a vibrant and enthusiastic individual to join our sales team.
The ideal candidate should have excellent time management, work under pressure, be driven and self-motivated with a desire to succeed.Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Loading of customer orders and overseeing these throughout the production process - start to endManaging and filtering orders on our database to ensure all information loaded is accurate, and that deadlines are being metContinuous customer liaison via telephone and email, updating them on their order statusMaintain good client relationshipsDeliver targeted sales strategiesClose sales and lead customers through the ordering processWork closely with design and production planning teamsCreate and maintain a database of prospective clientsUpselling of new productsAssisting at and being involved with events that the company is affiliated withEmployee training and upskillingRequired:High school degree or equivalent; bachelor's degree a plusSales experience preferred but not compulsoryDrive custom orders through our CRMTwo+ years of administrative experience proficient with Microsoft Office SuiteExcellent communication - internal and externalExcellent customer serviceExcellent Administrative skillsGood problem-solving abilities
