The Sales Associate is responsible for providing excellent customer service and contributes to the achievement of sales targets (quantitative and qualitative, individual and team). The main purpose of the Sales Associate is to help customers select the jewels that best express their personality.
ResponsibilitiesSELLING: Master all the features of the products, enhancing technical and stylistic details, and attend all training to stay updated on new launches.Understand and prioritize the customer's needs to offer the best possible experience in store.Participate proactively and efficiently in sales activities, utilizing all available tools and sales channels (online and offline).Contribute actively to achieving sales objectives according to both individual and store goals.Maintain high and consistent levels of customer service standards.Solicit feedback from customers using quality surveys.Manage all issues related to customer service, including complaints, returns, and individual orders, in a serious, helpful, and professional manner.Promptly find the relevant information necessary for daily work performance.Visual and Store OrganisationParticipate in the organization of the store, ensuring that the store, back office, and inventory are always clean and tidy.Check products delivered to the store, organizing and arranging them for display.Participate in stock control and internal inventory.Organize shipments to customers.Engage in Visual Merchandising activities.Keep confidential information private, especially sensitive data concerning the company, team, and customers.Support the company's sustainability choices by implementing measures to reduce environmental impact and minimize waste.OtherWith the support of the Store Manager, take responsibility for personal training and constant updating.Do you have what it takes to join a beautiful brand?
