Sales And Operations Manager

About the role:
We are looking for a dedicated Sales Operations Manager who will oversee and optimize the sales process while ensuring that operational efficiencies are maintained in a fast-paced Cleaning Services environment.
The Sales Operations Manager will collaborate with the sales team, operational staff, and management to drive revenue, improve productivity, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Proven track record in sales and operations management, preferably within the service or cleaning industry.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage client relationships effectively.
Ability to analyze data and use it to drive decision-making.
Strong organizational skills with a focus on process improvement and operational efficiency.
Proficiency with CRM systems and sales management tools.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or Diploma in business administration, Sales, Operations Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales operations, preferably in a service-oriented industry (experience in the cleaning industry is a plus).
Experience with budget management and sales forecasting.
Driver's license is advantageous.
