We are seeking a highly communicative, organized, and driven individual to join our team as a Client Onboarding Manager.
Job Overview:

The Sales and Onboarding Coordinator will play a pivotal role in both expanding our client base and ensuring a seamless transition for new clients joining the DASH platform. You will be responsible for managing the entire onboarding process while also actively contributing to lead generation and sales efforts. This dual role requires a dynamic individual who is skilled in both sales and client management, ensuring that prospects are effectively converted into satisfied, long-term clients.This role requires a blend of sales acumen, project management skills, and a deep commitment to client success. As the Sales and Onboarding Coordinator, you will be instrumental in driving the growth of our client base while ensuring that every new client's experience with DASH sets the foundation for a long-term, successful partnership.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Actively participate in identifying potential clients through market research, networking, and industry events. Develop strategies to attract new leads, ensuring a steady pipeline of prospects for the sales team.
Qualifying Leads: Evaluate incoming leads to determine their potential value and readiness for the DASH platform. Conduct initial conversations with prospects to understand their needs, ensuring they align with DASH's offerings before moving them further down the sales funnel.
Setting up and Running Demonstrations: Coordinate and conduct product demonstrations tailored to the specific needs of qualified leads. Clearly articulate the value proposition of the DASH platform, showcasing how it can solve the prospect's challenges and meet their business objectives.
Coordinating with External Sales Representatives: Work closely with external sales representatives to ensure seamless communication and collaboration throughout the sales process. Provide them with the necessary tools, resources, and information to effectively sell the DASH platform, while also gathering insights from the field to inform sales strategies.
Client Liaison:
Serve as the main point of contact for new clients throughout the onboarding process, providing clear communication and support to ensure a positive experience.
Project Management:
Develop and manage a detailed onboarding roadmap for each client, ensuring all milestones are met on time.
Training Coordination:
Schedule and facilitate training sessions for client staff, both online and on-site, to ensure they are fully prepared to use the DASH platform effectively.
Technical Coordination:
Work with clients to identify team members responsible for system setup, and ensure all required hardware and software are ordered, available, and properly configured.
Go-Live Support:
Oversee the final stages of onboarding, ensuring a smooth transition to the DASH platform, and providing support until the client is fully operational.
Handover to Support Team:
Once onboarding is complete, transition the client to the support team, ensuring they have all necessary documentation and contacts for ongoing assistance.
Continuous Improvement:
Gather feedback from clients and internal teams to identify areas for improvement in the onboarding process.
Qualifications:
Experience:
Minimum of 3-5 years in a client-facing role, with experience in onboarding, project management, or account management. Hospitality industry experience is essential.
Communication Skills:
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
Organizational Skills:
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
Technical Aptitude:
Comfortable working with technology, including software and hardware setup, with the ability to troubleshoot basic issues.
Problem-Solving:
Proactive and solutions-oriented, with the ability to anticipate and address client needs and potential roadblocks.
Flexibility:
Willingness to travel occasionally for on-site client visits and training sessions.
