 Minimum Requirements: Education: Grade 12 (Matric) or equivalent Qualifications: Degree/Diploma in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
An Executive Management program or MBA would be an added advantage.
Experience: 5–8 years of experience in a technical, manufacturing, or sales environment, ideally from the Chemical manufacturing industry At least 5 years in a senior Marketing/Sales role with a successful track record of driving sales and managing teams in a similar industry.
Proven managerial experience, particularly in strategy development, sales growth, and client management.
