Position Overview:
The
Sales and Marketing Coordinator
will play a key role in supporting the sales and marketing functions of the property. This individual will be responsible for assisting in the development of strategies to increase visibility, driving digital marketing efforts, managing social media platforms, and coordinating promotional activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for luxury hospitality and a proven ability to deliver impactful marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in developing and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth.
Coordinate promotional campaigns, social media activities, and digital marketing initiatives.
Work with the marketing team to create engaging content for online platforms, brochures, and newsletters.
Manage the hotel's social media presence, ensuring consistent messaging and branding.
Monitor online reviews and guest feedback, responding in a timely manner to enhance guest satisfaction and brand loyalty.
Support the sales team with lead generation, customer relationship management (CRM), and event planning.
Assist with the planning and execution of special events, promotions, and packages to attract guests.
Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights for improvements.
Maintain and update the property's website to ensure it aligns with marketing objectives and remains current.
Requirements:
A Bachelor's degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
2-3 years of experience in a sales or marketing role, ideally within the hospitality or luxury industry.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies, social media platforms, and content creation.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
Proficiency in marketing tools such as CRM systems, website management platforms, and analytics software.
