Sales And Marketing Agent

Main Duties / Key Results Areas :Present, promote and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers while based in the office (customer base mainly consists of large supermarkets, cash & carries, and wholesale outlets).Perform needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.Communicate with customers via telephone.Ensure customer satisfaction.Supply reports on customer needs, problems, and services.Manage chain stores.Handle requests and queries.Manage diary and schedules.Confirm that processing on each account is complete before period closure.Filing.All other related duties as expected from the employer from time to time.Required Skills:Proven work experience with marketing in the FCMG sector (min 3 years' experience).Diploma/Degree in marketing.Excellent knowledge of MS Office and Outlook programs.Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record of sales.Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills.Detail-oriented with meticulous attention to detail.Able to work under pressure.Being up to date on the latest office gadgets and 'tech-savvy' will be an advantage.Discretion and confidentiality.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Organizational and administrative skills.Professional conduct and correspondence with internal and external parties.Ability to take instruction and follow standard operating procedures.Ability to meet deadlines and work in a pressurized environment.
