GroDirect is seeking dynamic and motivated individuals for the role of Sales and Marketing Agents to join our growing team. As a Sales and Marketing Agent, you will be responsible for driving sales, building customer relationships, and promoting GroDirect's products and services to new and existing customers in the field.
Duties & Responsibilities
Sales and Lead Generation:
Actively promote GroDirect's products and services to potential customers in your assigned area.
Generate new sales leads by engaging with prospects and identifying customer needs.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets as set by the sales manager.
Customer Relationship Management:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Provide information and advice on the company's offerings to customers.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
Marketing Activities:
Participate in field marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
Assist in gathering market intelligence to help shape sales strategies.
Product Knowledge and Demonstration:
Stay informed about GroDirect's products and services to effectively communicate their features and benefits to customers.
Conduct product demonstrations and answer customer inquiries on the spot.
Reporting and Administration:
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales transactions.
Submit daily/weekly sales reports and provide feedback on performance.
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to achieve company goals.
Share customer insights and feedback with the team to improve marketing efforts and product offerings.
Desired Experience & Qualification
Educational Qualifications:
Matric Certificate (Grade 12) or equivalent.
Skills and Competencies:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A strong desire to learn and develop within a sales and marketing environment.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Goal-oriented with a positive and energetic attitude.
Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office, Email, etc.).
Experience:
No prior experience required. Full training will be provided.
Previous experience in retail, sales, or customer service is a plus but not mandatory.

Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.
Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks.
