Location: Cape TownAs a rapidly growing forward-thinking solar energy company, NEOSUN is extending our South African Sales team and seeking for a multi-faceted marketer – Solar Sales Manager for the development of renewable energy projects and covering cross-countries sales.Area of responsibility:Development of new leads in the B2B segment while growing sales and supporting existing customers in assigned marketsDriving sales strategy across multiple channels with clear understandable metricsMonitoring the timeliness of receiving payments from clientsResolve customer inquiries and complaintsCollaborating with marketing team in making lead generation, acquisition, participation in thematic exhibitions, conferences, and forumsPreparing a bunch of sales bullets for organizing and presenting information for clients – you need to cover all groundsProject owning of the client's journey from end to end towards the NEOSUN brand;Close deals!Requirements. To succeed in this role, you should have:Experience in active sales of renewable energy solutions for B2B market 3+ years with strong background in sales of technical solutionsSpecific knowledge of solar and other renewable energy technologies are required;Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to thrive in an international environmentProfessional networking and stakeholders partnerships in the renewable energy business environmentProject management experience to cover whole sales cycleAbility to maintain the highest level of sales negotiation, ethics and integrityTechnical educationFluent or native English is required (C1+)Experience of working or studying abroad within international settings will be a plusFlexibility, ability to adapt to changing goals and set prioritiesHigh level of independence, initiative, result orientationCode 8 South African Drivers licenseWillingness for frequent business trips to the clients location and HQ.Conditions.
