Job Title: Sales and Business Development ManagerLocation: CenturionRemuneration: R25 000 – R30 000Our Client, a leading distributor in the electronic security equipment industry, is looking to employ a Sales and Business Development Manager to join their team in Centurion.Duties & Responsibilities:Onboarding of new clients and developing/maintaining existing clients.Owning the regional sales pipeline and addressing challenges to move deals forward.Augmenting deals and building relationships with all clients.Collaborating with the business development team in marketing to ensure sufficient customer depth for each sales consultant.Ensuring the company's value-add services are delivered correctly and implemented through relevant channels.Researching and profiling new potential prospects.Required Qualification and Working Knowledge:Com or Commercial Degree or diploma.Prior industry experience.Minimum 3 years proven business development experience in the electronic security industry or similar.Strong understanding of the B2B sales and marketing process.Experience with CRM systems or Excel-based equivalent processes.Dealer base management experience is essential.
