The Sales and Administrative Assistant will support the corporate sales executive in various day-to-day activities, responsibilities, and functions. The role involves interaction with corporate clients, conducting presentations, and managing corporate project information.
QualificationsOwn transport with a Licence
Building Industry experience
Sales experience, able to liaise on all levels, call on clients, grow client base
Able to do presentations, computer literate
Project Manage and co-ordinate stock and different projects on developments
Assist in showroom with clients, interior designers, developers and architects
Min 3-5 years in the building/tiling industry
Client/Site visits
Speak English and Afrikaans
ResponsibilitiesTo assist the corporate sales executive in all spheres of his day-to-day activities, responsibilities and functions.
Interact with our corporate clients where needed.
Conduct client presentations where necessary.
Become proficient with the Tilespace IT systems and internal procedures.
Establish and maintain working relationships across all corporate client bases.
Obtain, collate, and manage corporate project information.
Follow up with existing and potential clients to determine project timelines and requirements.
Oversee corporate projects in terms of stock requirements, ex-factory ETA's, etc.
Coordinate stock requirements with the purchasing department.
Assist with corporate project problem-solving i.e. stock, timing, etc.
Assist with architectural clients in terms of samples, showroom visits, etc.
