Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage all sales-related activities, including processing orders, managing invoicing, and ensuring timely fulfilment of customer requestsUtilize basic back-end website knowledge to update product listings, manage inventory, and optimize contentAdminister and enhance B2B sales platforms, including updating product information, processing orders, and responding to inquiriesMaintain and leverage CRM systems to track customer interactions, manage leads, and ensure accurate record-keeping for sales and account managementActively engage with customers through direct calls and emails, addressing their needs, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service to build long-term relationshipsRepresent the brand at trade shows and industry events, promoting products, networking with potential clients, and gathering market intelligenceCollaborate with the Sales team to develop and execute strategies for increasing brand visibility and sales, with a focus on international growth opportunitiesConduct market research to identify new business opportunities, monitor industry trends, and analyse competitor activities to inform sales strategiesPrepare and present regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedbackRequirements:
