Join our dynamic team as a Sales Analyst and take a vital role in driving growth!
You'll support lead generation and conversion processes, contribute to sales modeling, and enhance business development efforts.
Your responsibilities will include, but not limited to, analyzing market trends, reviewing customer data, and compiling reports to uncover sales opportunities.
Additionally, you will help establish and maintain organizational data standards, ensure a common vocabulary, and develop standardized reporting.
Your focus will be on building an insights and analytics business unit that identifies unmet needs, gaps, and opportunities, prioritizing investments to maximize ROI.
Key responsibilities: Proposal Development Support (30%) Translate client needs into proposal wireframes Develop complete proposal drafts Coordinate proposal development rhythms Maintain proposal tracking systems BU Operational Support (25%) Maintain calendars and agendas for BU rhythms Prepare reports and maintain systems (e.g., Monday) Support Growth CE and BDM with advisory projects Research (15%) Manage market intelligence database Report developments for potential sales opportunities Content/Collateral Management (15%) Update proposal content repository Collaborate with BUs to ensure relevant offerings Client Management (10%) Support preparation for client meetings Maintain and share client dossiers Adhoc (5%) Provide support as needed to the Growth CE and BDM Requirements Qualifications: Degree in Commerce or Engineering (analytical and problem-solving skills) Relevant postgraduate qualification (advantageous) Experience: Minimum 3 years in Management Consulting Proposal development experience (preferred) Support function experience within a consulting company Exposure to SME Development/Impact Investing and ESG Proficiency in MS Office, including costing model building Be part of a forward-thinking team where your analytical skills can drive impactful decisions and growth.
