Experience: 3 – 5 years of sales experience 3 – 5 years Call centre/Sales experience with at least 12 months as an inbound/outbound sales agent Skills: Computer literate (Proficiency in Office 365 suite) Accuracy in information capture Problem-solving skills Requirements: Grade 12 Clear ITC No Criminal Record 6 months outbound or inbound sales experience, retentions, upgrades, upselling Experience selling insurance is advantageous. Qualifications: Matric Certification RE 5(advantageous) Short Term and Long-Term Insurance(advantageous) Registered Debt Counsellor (advantageous) Performance Management: Monthly performance checks to be done via KPA measurements.
Package and Remuneration Basic from R5000.00- R7500.00 Commission This position offers a structured compensation package with both a basic salary and commission, rewarding successful sales performance.
