Main missions
Club Med South Africa is looking for an Omnichannel sales agent in our Call Centre to assist both direct clients and travel agents with sales and contribute to growing the usage of our online Travel Agent platform (CMTA). Sales channels to manage are phones, email, WhatsApp and walk'in client.
Required Qualification

Passionate about the travel and/or tourism industry
Travel Diploma or other travel or tourism qualification
