This role requires some weekend work (1 weekend day once every 5 weeks).
The primary function of this role is to sell Le Boat products to the German source customer market who would like to travel to one of our fantastic locations in the UK, Ireland, or France.
What you will be doing Client Engagement: Initiate and maintain contact with clients through phone and email, addressing inquiries promptly and effectively with the goal of converting them into sales.Responsive Communication: Provide timely responses to client queries and ensure swift follow-ups to enhance customer satisfaction. Also, reconnect with clients to discuss quotes and encourage bookings.Data Management: Accurately record and manage client details in compliance with GDPR regulations.Customer Notifications: Keep clients advised of any updates or changes before and after booking, such as adjustments to brochures or lock information.Product Expertise: Share comprehensive product details with clients to help them make informed booking decisions.Offer Creation: Develop customised offers aligned with company procedures and present them to clients professionally.System Updates: Regularly update the customer database and booking system to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.Collaborative Projects: Contribute to sales and marketing projects to support department goals and initiatives.Administrative Support: Handle administrative tasks such as processing payments over the phone or via bank transfer, sending reminders, and managing debtor communications.What we are looking for Proven experience in sales with a track record of success.Native-level German proficiency, ensuring seamless communication with German-speaking clients.Outstanding written and verbal communication skills to connect effectively with clients and colleagues.Strong familiarity with European geography to provide informed and personalised service.Customer-focused, with a passion for delivering exceptional service and going above and beyond.A dynamic, enthusiastic, and proactive approach that drives success.Thrives in collaborative environments, contributing to a positive team spirit.Self-starter with the ability to work autonomously and prioritize tasks effectively.Diligent with excellent organisational skills and a commitment to meeting timelines.Flexible and ready to embrace new challenges and changes with ease.Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)Our dedication to equity, diversity & inclusion We believe people are happier and perform best when they are able to be their true self, and that diverse teams deliver better results.
