Summary StatementThe purpose of this position is to ensure achievement of business objectives, managing and expanding existing client base, cold calling, setting and achieving sales targets, and revenue growth generated through personal performance. This role ensures that best management practices are followed in all areas of responsibility regarding equipment sales procedures and actions, ensuring a customer-oriented service and implementing actions in line with the company's strategic vision.
ProfileKey Performance Areas: Plan, prepare, submit, and ensure achievement of unit sales targets, growth and profitability targets, cold calling, and customer visit targets in an assigned sales territory in conjunction with the Regional Sales Manager & After Market Manager.Accurately collect customer information and ensure timely submission for capturing on the Kerridge system and follow-up activities.Meet sales growth/market share increase objectives in the assigned sales territory and manage the total sales process.Ensure quality of customer interaction and service, developing partnerships and tailor-made solutions for clients.Sound financial management of deals in line with budget and company strategic objectives.Preparation and presentation of reports as required.Drive customer service and ensure all actions align with the company's vision and values.Participative responsibility to grow the department in line with company requirements.Ability to develop and implement operational innovation.Promotion of aftermarket services and value-added products to increase revenue growth and profitability.Manage a positive customer experience and satisfaction.Targeting and conversion of new business accounts in the After Sales Department.Promotion and selling of aftermarket services, parts, accessories, rental offerings, service contract offerings, tyres, driver training, load testing, and in-house engineering.Overall responsibility to achieve sales, growth, and profitability targets in an assigned sales territory.Job LocationAfrica, South Africa
