Sales Administrator/Support

Matric SAMTRAC or equivalent / Certificate or Diploma Experience in Health and Safety practices, including knowledge of OH&S regulations and ISO45001 standards essential At least 2 years experience in a similar position A valid drivers license Duties will be - Manage sales orders, quotes, job cards and invoicing Understand and tailor solutions to customer requirements Place and follow up on customer orders Monitor and address queries on quotations Handle complaints and provide resolutions. Assign tasks to LMIs and Crane Technicians Coordinate with technical staff on projects Deliver exceptional service and build relationships Ensure equipment is certified and meets standards Inspection Reports - verify and capture inspection details Send required reports and correspondence on time Report risks and prioritise safety Adhere to safety policies and contribute to ISO45001 Manage customer safety files and contractor packs Ensure staff safety and compliance with regulations Comprehensive knowledge of Health & Safety Regulations
