Details of the offer

Key Output • Manage the Supply Chain, outbound and Cross Border process in SAP.

• Preparing Machine Price files

• Liaise with Trade lanes and Logistics to keep track of the machine arrivals and deliveries.

• Create service notification for assembly/PDI

• Manage procurement for machine local extras/bought outs

• Liaise with workshop on assembly progress and deliveries.

• Prepare Billing and delivery documents for handover pack, Update and maintain equipment master.

• Manage project system (WBS) process in SAP

• Create SPAR's and OTO Requests in GCSS

• Manage and process GCSS claims.

• Prepare detailed washout for each machine sold for the period.

• Process warranty registration ,Create D&F service notifications and manage recon.

• Manage stock counts.

• Monitor WIP Recon

• Update noticeboard/PCB

• Maintain filing on Shared Drive

Adhoc – Sales Admin support to all Southern Africa Regions

Qualification, Experience and Competencies • Grade 12/ Matric qualification

• Previous Admin and Accounting experience will be an advantage.

• Excellent computer knowledge in all MS Office programs.

• SAP Knowledge will be an advantage.

• Be able to work under pressure and after hours if required.

• Must have strong communication skills and be a strong team player.
