Key Responsibilities: Process and manage customer orders. Monitor stock levels. Prepare and send quotations. Handle invoice processing. Oversee and update customer forecasts. Address customer queries and requests. Foster relationships with customers and internal teams. Meet quality and productivity targets. Requirements: Minimum of Matric with Mathematics. 1 to 3 years of experience in sales administration. Proactive in contacting customers for order management. Strong skills in sales and negotiations. Professional written and verbal communication in English and preferably also in Afrikaans. Excellent organizational abilities. Sage X3 experience advantageous.
