Position Overview:
Are you an organised, proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment? ProProcess seeks a dynamic Sales Administrator to collaborate with our sales and marketing teams, driving operational efficiency and supporting business growth. Your responsibilities will include:
Management of schedules, appointments, travel, and filing systems for sales and marketing teams.Corporate client vendor portal registrations and maintain customer databasis and CRM systems.Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns and initiatives.Support sales proposals, quotes, contracts, and process sales orders.Organise sales and marketing events, including logistical coordination.Facilitate internal and external communications, meetings, and collaborations. Qualifications & Experience: Grade 12Diploma or higher certificate in administration – Desirable3-5 years of experience in administrative roles Key Requirements: Proficient in Microsoft Office and Zoho CRM systems.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Excellent time management, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.Ability to work independently with accuracy and autonomy.Strong team player with excellent coordination skills.Accountable, trustworthy, and responsible.
