Sales Administrator

Duties and Requirements:
-Matric
-Driver's License with own reliable transportation
-Computer-literate and able to work well on various portals
-Minimum 3 - 5 years working experience within a similar sales environment for the Automotive /Manufacturing Industry.
-Assist the sales department with all quotations, and invoices, liaising with suppliers and clients
-Follow up and ensure all deliveries and collections are completed on time.
-Opening of job cards and files.
-Processing of quotes and service/job reports.

Skills
-Computer literacy in Word, Excel, Outlook
-Ability to work under own initiative and with a high degree of responsibility, accuracy, and autonomy.
-Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
-Team player
-Good organizational skills
-Accountable, trustworthy, and responsible
