You will assist with IO processing, support the sales team, and handle customer interactions with a focus on accuracy and efficiency. Your role will contribute to delivering a superior onboarding experience for our professional sellers. In addition to the Sales duties, you will also be requires so assist users on live chat and email with a wide range of requests and queries.Key Responsibilities:IO Management: Process online insertion orders. Ensure all orders are accurately recorded and fulfilled in a timely manner. Customer Support: Assist customers with inquiries, status updates, and issues related to their business account. Provide excellent service to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.Data Management: Maintain and update customer and sales databases in our CRM system. Ensure all records are accurate and up-to-date, including IO details and customer interactions. Sales Coordination: Support the sales team by preparing quotes, processing sales contracts, and tracking sales metrics. Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations.Documentation: Prepare and manage sales documentation. Ensure all documentation is complete and compliant with company policies.Reporting: Generate regular sales reports and analyse performance data to provide insights and recommendations for improving sales processes and customer experience.Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Work closely with customer service to ensure a cohesive approach to sales operations and customer service.Requirements : Matric / Grade 12 Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field preferred.Previous experience in a sales support role within the auto industry or e-commerce environment is highly desirable. Familiarity with auto sales processes and online retail platforms is a plus.Strong organizational and multitasking abilitiesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM systemsFamiliarity with e-commerce platforms and auto industry terminologyDetail-oriented with strong problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamPersonal Attributes: Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and a proactive approach to tasks.
