Sales Administrator

What you will doAs a Sales Administrator Officer you will: Execute the end-to-end process for parts orders, return orders, and quotations, including tasks in SAP and other internal tools & systems; Execute Pro-active follow-up of remaining orders; Participate in defining, developing, and deploying visual management including the right metrics for parts administration; Responsible to coordinate with cluster market area when there is an issue with the agreed delivery schedule; Participate in continuous improvement activities related to parts administration; We believe you have Bachelor's degree in administration, Logistics, or Supply Chain and other related fields.
Intermediate/Advanced English (nice to have); Previous customer support experience; Experience in continuous improvement projects; Microsoft office knowledge; Customer service oriented; Knowledge in SAP; Positive attitude and accessible; Availability to work from 6:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. (Panama time).
Strong problem solving and continuous improvement, customer orientation skills, highly motivated, team player, analytic and fast learner.
