Sales Administrator

Key Responsibilities : Processing of daily orders and ensuring accuracy Responding promptly and professionally to customer enquiries via phone and email Managing stock levels and conducting regular stock checks Creating and maintaining order forms for internal records Uploading products and updating inventory Coordinating courier bookings and ensuring timely deliveries Requirements : Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently Any experience or knowledge in the automotive/vehicle industry is advantageous Excellent phone manner and email etiquette Customer-focused mindset with a natural ability to provide high-quality service Detail-oriented with the ability to process orders accurately Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Proven experience in a similar administrative or customer service role Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to work independently and as part of a team
