A leading agri-specialist company is seeking a dedicated Sales Administrator (Exports) to join their team in the Western Cape where they'll provide crucial administrative support to the sales team!
As a Sales Administrator, you will allocate stock according to customer orders, provide the logistics team with loading instructions, and update various programme and customer sheets.
You will also process account sales and statements accurately and promptly while supporting the larger Sales Administration team.
The ideal candidate will be self-disciplined and focused on producing high-quality work.
A tertiary qualification or at least two years of administration experience in the agri industry is required, with knowledge of the QX system being advantageous.
Strong computer literacy, professional communication skills, and meticulous attention to detail duplicated above are essential for success in this fast-paced environment.
