What You will have done before Baseline: (HR to complete) NQF Level 5 or 5 years' experience in relevant field Admin support experience at Senior level Experience in Commercial Fuels or Reseller market SAP, BI & MS office Exciting Challenges You Might Face in The Role Involved in budget control and customer billings
Conduct Market Research to improve on Sales strategy
Assess Performance Tracking of the sales team.
Collaborate with various stakeholders [internal and external] to ensure that accurate data is timeously recorded
Provide support to Field Sales Specialists and contribute to the delivery of Sales plans
Travel locally on-site visits or for occasional meetings and training
Requirement to broaden the scope of work can happen on an ad-hoc basis.
Manage customer queries timeously by taking ownership, accountability, and responsibility to ensure customer satisfaction.
Extract SAP and BI reporting for business reporting, compliance and decision making.
Screening of customer prior to being added to the Sales Pipeline for Sales execution.
Confirming data purity of existing accounts and new accounts and update on the system to ensure accurate master data.
Manage the administration of on boarding a new customer and ensure every new customer receives an exceptional Engen Experience
Assist the Field Sales Specialist with administration of customer demand forecast and monitoring.
Implement supply management measures to ensure effective and fair supply
Assist in the Reseller Team and support teams with customer information regarding regulatory requirements.
