Job ResponsibilitiesAccurate and timely checking and capturing of sales orders on the Syspro and Cognos systems.Checking, capturing, and filing of deal sheets.Monitoring deals in the system for end dates.Liaising with sales team and customers on status of orders.Maintaining reports on Microsoft OneDrive/SharePoint for the commercial team.Collating feedback from the sales team and converting it into reports.Sending off sales reports and updating the sales team on sales figures.Capturing and monitoring of customer investment.Job RequirementsGrade 12. A Diploma in Sales/Marketing will be an added advantage.Experience in an administrative role.Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills.Understanding of sales will be an added advantage.Team player with ability to interact with all levels of management.Highly developed written and oral communication skills.Ability to work under pressure.Ability to develop and maintain good working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
