Key Outputs Effective self-management and performance ownership. Processing Credits & Debits. ATAI control and preparation for submission. Updating Service Credits on Share Drive. Run Performance report Monthly for PSP's. Running of general departmental reports. Creating Purchase Requisitions. Creating Migo's for Invoices. Maintaining and posting invoices to accounting. Backup for sales co-ordinator when required. Qualification, Experience and Competencies Grade 12. Computer Literate (sound Microsoft Office knowledge). Basic business development skills. Adequate business and financial planning. Ms Office knowledge (compulsory). Interpersonal relations skills. Experience in parts sales administration environment. SAP experience. Problem solving skills (out of the box thinking). Successful candidate must be result driven.
