Qualifications:Minimum Grade 12 (Matric) with strengths in languages and mathematicsFluently in EnglishExperience:Telephone courtesyAdministrative backgroundBasic bookkeepingMs OfficeOffice administrationSkills:Problem solvingAbility to relate to peers and seniorsOrganization skillsComputer literacyDuties:General Admin - OutputsCash salesAdmin assistant to Branch supervisorQuotationsTransport / deliveriesBack-up when branch supervisor is out of the officeGeneral administrationTyping and control of certificates and control proceduresSwitchboard/receptionistFiling and retrieving of all documents and scanning, printing, and copying functionsPerform any adhoc duties when requested toFinancial Outputs:Do banking – Check cash box, do documents, sign off docsPrepare daily deposits reportsDealing with debtorsDistribute POD as requested to customersMaterial Management - Output:Stock count admin in SAPSubmit final reports to branch/regional managerPurchasing:Process all purchase requisitionsReconcile all vendor invoicesExpedite all purchase ordersAttend to invoice discrepancies with vendors.Salary between R 14 600.00 and R 18 000.00 p/m
