Sales Admin Assistant

The company is seeking a Sales Admin Assistant who will report to the National Key Account Manager.
REQUIREMENTS: Proficient in Microsoft Office: Excel (pivot tables are key to understand).
Clerical skills.
FMCG experience advantageous.
Must have excellent written and verbal communication in English.
RESPONSIBILITIES: 1.
Sales reporting -Compile & analyse sales reports for key accounts and track performance metrics & trends.
2.
Collaboration with merchandising teams -Daily/weekly follow ups with the merchandising teams based on sales data pulled.
3.
Promotion management -Verify promotions are in place and live on agreed-upon dates, work with merchandising teams to ensure visibility etc.
-Collating reports and presentations of sales performance for each account & category for KAM to present in meetings.
4.
Day to day admin -Filing, follow-up mails, trading term tracking etc.
