Reporting to the Marketplace Sales Manager. Your responsibilities will include: Drive performance within a sales team to deliver against acquisition targetsWork with relevant stakeholders to build and execute on a strategic acquisition roadmap for each categoryEnsure sales processes are followed by the sales team and that sales platform data is accurate and completeIdentify shortfalls in the sales process and help improve efficiencyManage and build sales dashboards to track key productivity metricsDrive commercial performance of a business unit against business targetsIdentify and drive key interventions within the seller base to correct under-performanceDevelop and drive growth plans for strategic sellersManage and support a team of Sales & Account Managers with day-to-day operationsWork with the Marketplace Sales Manager to set monthly goals for the sales team which are aligned to the business targetsManage the collaboration between the Sales & Account Managers, Catalogue Operations, Recruiting and onboarding of new Sales & Account ManagersQualifications and Experience Bachelors Degree or relevant other tertiary qualificationMinimum 5 years work experience within a Sales EnvironmentMinimum 3 years Management ExperienceExperience managing a sales teamExperience in establishing and managing processes and projectsExperience with Salesforce or similar CRMeCommerce experience is preferred but not requiredSkills, knowledge and abilities Excellent communication skills, both written and spokenExceptional negotiation and closing skillsCommercially astute with an inherent understanding of driver of business valueHas relentlessly high standards (is never satisfied with the status quo)Ability to dive deep and never out of touch with the details of the businessMotivated and driven to succeedStrong results orientation and Thinks BigOrganised, ability to prioritizeSolutions-oriented, can-do attitude; self-motivatedComfortable with learning and adapting to new systemsThe Environment:
