This role is focused on providing relevant sales that drive and reach targets and is also responsible for keeping clients that have already been through the sales process happy and satisfied with the company.In the past, this role was purely sales-focused, but now this role will be a combined role between sales and account management.
Account management entails a lot of time and effort to be spent on upselling clients and on maintaining good current client relationships.The role is a client-focused role – new and current clients – and mainly based on sales and relationship management.Key Objectives:Growing of client accounts – new and existingDriving and achieving sales targetsManaging clients within the allocated territoryEnsuring healthy relationships with internal stakeholders to deliver optimally to the clientKey ResponsibilitiesAccomplished with the assistance of the sales manager and the technical team as well as the sales administrator.Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management mattersBuild and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationshipsDevelop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsorsEnsure the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectivesDevelop on-sell opportunities with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotasForecast and track key account metrics (e.g.
