JOBJACK is excited to announce an opening for a Sales Account Executive to join our passionate and dedicated sales team.
This role is pivotal in driving our mission to connect job seekers with the right opportunities while simultaneously expanding our business footprint.
As a Sales Account Executive, you'll expand JOBJACK's client base and increase revenue by sourcing qualified customer leads, conducting demos, diligently following up with prospects, and effectively closing deals.
Key Responsibilities: Prospecting and Lead Generation Identify and research prospective clients within the target market, leveraging multiple outreach methods, including email, phone, social media, and networking.
Qualify leads by assessing their business needs, readiness to engage, and alignment with our service offerings.
Sales Presentations and Consultations Conduct tailored product demonstrations and consultative presentations to address each prospect's specific needs and challenges.
Position solutions effectively to highlight value, ensuring alignment with potential client objectives.
Pipeline Development and Management Establish and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads, following up on all potential opportunities.
Utilize CRM systems to track interactions, manage pipeline stages, and ensure accuracy in sales forecasting.
Deal Closing and Contract Negotiation Lead negotiations, address client objections, and coordinate with internal teams (legal, finance, etc.)
to finalise agreements.
Ensure proposals and contracts are structured in accordance with company policies and align with client needs.
Cross-Functional Collaboration Liaise with the marketing and product teams to share customer insights and feedback that inform product enhancements and strategic initiatives.
Contribute to the development of targeted marketing campaigns and support go-to-market strategies.
Sales Reporting and Performance Tracking Document all sales activities within the CRM and provide regular reports on key performance metrics, such as lead-to-close conversion rates and revenue growth.
Analyse sales data to identify areas for improvement and adjust strategies accordingly.
Requirements Experience: 3+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in SaaS or technology companies.
Education: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Proven Track Record: Demonstrable history of achieving or exceeding sales targets and closing deals.
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with SaaS products and understanding of cloud-based solutions.
CRM Expertise: Proficiency in using CRM tools like Pipedrive, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and drive results in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
Industry Knowledge: Understanding of the South African B2B market and the challenges faced by businesses within the region.
