Job detailsHere's how the job details align with your profile.PayR7000 - R8000 a monthJob typePermanentLocation(Location details to be added)Full job descriptionJob Requirements:Valid driver's license & reliable vehicle advantageousPreparation of financial statements for clients in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP).Maintenance of accurate and complete accounting records.Assisting in the preparation and submission of VAT, PAYE, and income tax returns.Ensuring clients are tax-compliant with SARS regulations.Supporting the audit process by gathering and compiling information.Assisting in audit planning and execution, as needed, to ensure adherence to auditing standards.Processing and recording daily financial transactions, including capturing invoices and reconciling bank accounts.Interacting with clients to gather relevant financial data, resolve queries, and offer basic accounting advice.Maintaining strong relationships with clients by delivering timely and accurate reports.Assisting in payroll calculations and ensuring accurate submission of payroll information to tax authorities.Ensuring compliance with accounting, auditing, and tax laws.Staying updated on industry changes, particularly new tax laws and financial regulations.Analyzing financial data to help clients make informed decisions.Advising on business improvements and financial practices based on data analysis.Collaborating with senior accountants and other team members.Participating in continuous professional development, including training to improve accounting knowledge and skills.Working towards completing all the tasks and gaining the experience necessary to qualify for SAIPA professional membership.
