Their mission is to add as much value as possible to the business from an accounting perspective – from the big-picture growth and scalability of the business to actionable input into the day-to-day performance and management of the business.Office in DurbanvilleIdeal for a first year SAIPA Trainee accountantSalary: Market related Cost to CompanyThe objective of this position is to support the Accountant in rendering service to our clients.You need a minimum of:An Accounting qualification (BCom) or studying towards an accounting qualificationLooking for a SAIPA Trainee Accountant positionOwn transportReceive training and gain experience in:Compilation of financial statements and management reportsMonthly processing of accounting recordsVAT processingSalaries and wages processingIndirect tax calculations and submissions (VAT, payroll taxes, Labour Department, COIDA etc.)Income tax calculation and submissionsLiaising with SARSClient relationship managementOther ad hoc services and dutiesYou can expect to learn and grow and if you have a bit of an entrepreneurial flair you will fit right in.
