Some post experience an added bonus.Salary NegotiableMin RequirementsMatric with Bcom Finance / Accounting DegreeCompleted SAIPA or SAICA ArticlesKnowledge of IFRSExperienced with Accounting and Payroll Software like PASTEL Job descriptionFull Financial Accounting for the Retail stores division PASTELOversee all financial aspects of the retail storesFull Debtors and CreditorsAccount for all financial aspects of the licencing company (Training to be given)Calculate and manage charges royalties (training will be given)Oversee 1 clerk for the mall stores to capture the cash book, check systems sales to bank deposits, capture creditors and manage debtors.Assist payroll clerkReview all payments, wages, store salaries and head office salaries.Pass journals, VAT recon, GL/payroll system recon, reconcile TBAssist in preparing annual budget.Oversee COIDA, Employment Equity/SDL, EMP501's/IRP5's, CIPC submissions.Assist in the rental portfolio by reviewing lease offers, agreements, summarising thereof and arranging bank guaranteesBe the key contact with auditors and SARS.Prepare schedules/summaries/comparisons of information as required by the directorsAudit preparation and audit queriesMaintain fixed asset register and journalsEnsure policies, procedures, and systems are operating effectively in stores and at the head officeEnsure compliance with laws and regulations and accounting standards Apply onlineFrogg Recruitment
