This fast moving business services company based in East London seeks an experienced Bookkeeper to manage its finance function. Reporting to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for the following duties: Processing the fortnightly payrollProcessing the monthly payrollSMP/SSP paymentsPension SchemeAttachment of EarningsMonthly InvoicingDebtors ListBank ReconciliationsSupplier PaymentsVAT returnsYear-end accounts and payrollMonthly submission of figures to accountantsYou will have the following skills: Good all-round computer skills including Excel, Word, OutlookGood organisational skills & ability to prioritise your own workload under pressurePleasant and confident telephone mannerAbility to work on your own initiativeExperience with Sage is essential – Sage payroll and Sage accountsThis is an excellent opportunity to join a busy and progressive organisation.
