Role
MCI is looking for a certified Sage 300 consultant with at least 3 – 4 years' experience who is able to support our existing client base as well as assist with new implementations. The candidate will be required to implement the Sage 300 software including installation, setup, training, support and report writing. This role offers excellent career growth opportunities as well as lucrative incentives and benefits.
Activities will include:

Understanding client requirements
Installation and setup of Sage 300 on MS SQL
Setting up management reports
Training



Requirements

3 - 4 years experience working as a Sage 300 Implementation Consultant within a consulting environment
Accounting Degree or diploma
A minimum of 1st-year tertiary level in accounting
A good understanding of accounting principles
Strong understanding of business practices and financial reporting
3+ years' experience and understanding of SQL fundamentals and ability to write complex SQL queries.
3+ years' experience in MS Excel and VBA.

Skills and Qualifications:

Must be a Sage 300 Certified Consultant
A tertiary qualification from an accredited university in Commerce.
A minimum 1st-year tertiary level in information systems or computer science.
SQL Certification
Excellent technical skills.
Excellent problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication skills.
