Minimum Requirements/Experience:Computer LiteracyDrivers License, own reliable transport5 Years; Experience as Safety Officer in a mining/plant environmentCOMSOC 1, 2 and 3 / National Safety DiplomaClean criminal recordMedically fitCompetencies Required:Ensure Customer SatisfactionGenerate SHEQ system reports to ensure legal compliance and other requirementsConduct on-the-job training and coachingConduct scheduled audits and inspections as required by legislative and organisational requirementsAnalyse SHEQ information/data to identify trends and take/recommend appropriate actionImplement and monitor adherence to SHEQ Standards according to legal requirementsDevelop and participate in SHEQ awareness campaigns/interventionsMonitor SHEQ system complianceMonitor the SHEQ compliance by contractors on siteProvide SHEQ training related to the SHEQ systemsConduct and facilitate incident investigation according to legal requirements and organisational needs
