RPO Recruitment's client, a well-established civil contractor in the Western Cape, is currently searching for a hardworking and dedicated Safety Officer to join their team in Cape Town as soon as possible.Responsibilities:Compile Safety Plans/filesInternal AuditingSite training (Induction, Toolbox talk, Risk Assessments, etc.)Ensure that construction site works comply with the required H&S Act and Construction RegulationsRequirements:Matric Certificate together with Certificates in Incident Investigation, Risk Assessor, Fall Protection, Legal Liability, etc.SACPCMP Registration as a Construction Health & Safety OfficerMinimum 3 - 5 years' experience in Health & Safety in the Construction IndustryAbility to work independentlySound knowledge of the Occupational H&S Act/Construction RegulationsBenefits:Salary: R300K – R480K CTC per annum, negotiable
