Regularly organize safety inspections and audits at overseas mining sites to ensure the implementation of safety requirements and measures by the group, business units, and overseas enterprises.Safety Supervision: Oversee the management of major risk projects and hazard control initiatives in underground mines, open-pit mines, and mineral processing and smelting plants at overseas enterprises.Accident Investigation and Reporting: Guide, coordinate, and assist overseas enterprises in conducting accident investigations following production safety incidents. Regularly communicate with relevant group departments regarding the current status of accident management in overseas enterprises.Regulatory Compliance and Relationship Maintenance: Supervise the legal compliance and operational assessment of safety management at overseas enterprises. Assist and guide overseas enterprises in establishing harmonious communication with relevant regulatory agencies and communities.Safety Culture and Leadership: Promote the establishment and maintenance of a positive safety culture in the international business unit and overseas enterprises through safety leadership and personal example.
