Listed group requires a candidate for their Plant Hire Division, to be based in the Rustenburg Branch.The role purpose is to co-ordinate the Mines activities in accordance with SHEQ processes and requirements, and ensure that all the administration support required by the SHEQ Practitioner is delivered effectively according to site specifics.This position reports to the SHEQ Practitioner and will suit someone who resides in the Rustenburg area and has relevant experience working in the mining industry in the SHEQ environment.Main Duties Will Include:Ensure that the administration required for the Mines is delivered effectively.Maintain and implement first-class operational site practices.Work with all personnel and Branch Management to ensure that the documentation and Inspection records are updated.Coordinate all employee bookings as per mining induction requirements and submission of files for the mines in line with SHEQ requirements.Coordinate the applications for registration/licensing required for the mines.Monitor and inform internal stakeholders of any incidents.Collate paperwork from all internal stakeholders.Liaise with all internal functions regarding matters for the mines.Coordinate mine-specific files for entry and exit.Adhere to all internal and external requirements and standards.Required Skills And Qualifications:Matriculation Certificate or equivalent.4 or more years' experience in the Mining and Crane Industry.Strong administration skills i.e. typing, filing, telephone skills.Strong computer literacy in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.Valid Driver's licence.By sending your CV along with other additional documents, you give consent to the agency to process and retain your personal information for the current opportunity, as well as for future opportunities.Please note that when applying for any position, reference checks will be completed and personal information, as defined in the Protection of Personal Information Act of 2013, will be processed.
