Minimum requirements: Matric plus Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Wildlife Conservation, Tourism or a related fieldProven experience in safari lodge management or similar rolesFirst Aid and CPR certification would be advantageous Valid drivers licenseKey Responsibilities: Manage a group of personnel of about 60Ensure legal compliance of safari teamAdministrative responsibilities considering leave and payrollBudget and financial planningDrive training with the assistance of specialized service providersMaintain and implement (as needed) service standards and safari SOP'sConsultant: Gillian Ngwenyama - Dante Personnel Mpumalanga
