RESPONSIBILITIES: Develop customer solutions (labour & parts costs recoveries, manpower structure and expected financial returns) for new & existing sites, in line with organisation business objectives.Drive Technology enabled solutions growth (Minestar Fleet, Health Equipment Insights, VisionLink, etc.) across all the organisation's operating regions.Develop Data Analytics capability for aftermarket.Monitor fleet component aging & condition; adjust strategy as required & feed into overall organisation.Drive Mining and non-mining Technology strategy.Develop Condition Monitoring capability and best practice across all regions.Development of profitable solutions for sites/customers across southern Africa.Development & implementation of joint growth plans with partners for technology solutions across the Industries.Develop & maintain relationships with Customers, Partners local office (SPM, CI, EQM), CAT Local product support and senior management.Implement systems & processes that will improve organisation Aftermarket performance & profitability.Lead SOS and conditioning monitoring function.Mining technology (Minestar, Edge, health & command) maintenance & sales support (Application & hardware).Lead and scale Customer Support Hub.Manage relationships with key stakeholders: Key Accounts, Regional Management & Partners.Drive digital enablement strategy and execution.Develop equipment management solutions strategy for the organisation & lead growth of Assets under Management solutions.QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Bachelor's Degree: Digital or Engineering.Minimum six years' Equipment management experience (mobile fleets).Minimum six years' experience in business management.If you haven't heard from us within three weeks, please consider your application unsuccessful.
