Cybersecurity Sales SpecialistThe main purpose of the Cybersecurity Sales Specialist role is to drive annual and quarterly targets by effectively managing business activities to support sales and generate incremental revenue in alignment with the brand.Duties & ResponsibilitiesEffective Account ManagementIdentify and engage with correct business partner personnel.Execution and ownership of business plans.Provide bi-weekly and quarterly feedback and updates regarding the business plans (information obtained from the Customer Relationship Management tool).Identify activities to be actioned in agreement with relevant Sales Managers.Update and generate reports bi-weekly on current forecasts and pipeline.Recruit new business partners in your territory.Marketing PlanForecast of marketing plan/activity for business partners.Plan and prepare specific demand generation activities per quarter based on increasing incremental business engagements.Partner events planning in conjunction with product and marketing specialists.Responsible for planning and implementing co-branded merchandise.EnablementsConduct effective enablements together with Product and Vendor Managers.Provide updated and current information to relevant partners and vendors on business process products and procedures.Conduct effective presentations to partners on vendor-specific products and features.Ensure that product updates are provided to partner networks.Provide necessary information through training interventions to keep partners informed of all product updates and all product changes on a quarterly basis.Plan and implement effective events, e.g., product specialization, blitz Friday, and vendor events - obtain necessary approvals.Provide education on competitive products.Prepare battle cards in conjunction with vendor and marketing team to provide competitive and sales insight to our partners and sales.Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly targets set by Brand Manager.Maintain minimum brand-specific GP targets as set by Brand Manager.Achieve alignment with vendor revenue targets.Desired Experience & QualificationBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.Proven track record of at least 3-5 years in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in the cybersecurity industry or related technology sector.Experience in selling cybersecurity products or services, with a strong understanding of cybersecurity solutions and industry trends.Demonstrated success in driving sales and meeting or exceeding revenue targets.Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools for tracking and managing sales activities and pipelines.Package & RemunerationBasic SalaryTravel and cellphone allowancesCommission
