The ideal candidate will identify new business opportunities, build and maintain strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth.
This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication and negotiation skills and a strong focus on achieving new business sales targets. Requirements Qualifications & Experience At least 8+ years in Sales in a solution-selling environmentA tertiary degree in Business Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or related fieldProven track record in a software sales environment with a preference of knowledge in Big Data, specifically Spatial DataExperience in selling to international markets preferredStrong understanding of market dynamics and industry trendsExceptional sales and customer relationship management skills with in-depth knowledge of the market, including extensive industry contacts on executive and senior management levelsProven ability to meet and exceed sales targetsMain Responsibilities Seek out and initiate new business opportunitiesExecute on incoming new business leads from receipt to deal closureBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholdersDevelop and implement new business development strategiesConduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape with the aim of collaborating with the marketing team on go to market strategiesProvide input from the industry/customer base on product roadmap/development requirementsCollaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of new business development initiativesMonitor and report on new business development activities and resultsConsistently meet or exceed new business targetsStay updated on industry trends and best practicesOther Characteristics The ideal candidate will: be an excellent negotiator, confident, professional, highly influential and drivenbe positive, enthusiastic, and resilienthave excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and customer service skillshave a keen grasp of industry issues, flexibility, and adaptability to rapid environmental changes.Benefits Excellent package based on experience
