This remote position requires you to work during USA business hours (3 PM - 11 PM South African Time).
The ideal candidate will have experience in outbound calling, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of the SAAS industry.
Key Responsibilities: Outbound Calls: Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients in the USA to set up appointments for the sales team.
Lead Qualification: Qualify leads based on set criteria to ensure they meet the requirements for a sales appointment.
CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM system, ensuring all client details are up-to-date.
Follow-Up: Follow up with potential clients via phone and email to nurture leads and confirm appointments.
Communication: Collaborate with the sales team to provide feedback on lead quality and appointment outcomes.
Requirements: Experience: Previous experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, or outbound sales, preferably in the SAAS industry.
Technical Skills: Proficient in using CRM software, Microsoft Office, and other relevant tools.
