Client Interview Process : 3 interviews with assessment Company Overview: World's largest conference dedicated to the subscription industry Duties and Responsibilities: Sales & Lead Generation: Proactively set appointments and generate leads for ticket and sponsorship sales, targeting B2B suppliers.
Must consistently meet or exceed weekly and monthly KPIs.
Pipeline Management: Utilize HubSpot to manage and track all interactions and progress in the sales pipeline, ensuring an organized and strategic approach to meeting conversion goals.
Revenue Growth: Drive ticket sales and secure sponsorships to help achieve the company's goal of 3x revenue growth in the coming year.
Track all financial KPIs and meet targeted sales milestones.
Relationship Development: Foster relationships with senior-level contacts to ensure lasting business partnerships, including initial outreach, follow-ups, and identifying potential sponsorship opportunities.
Future Sales Cycle Management: Possibility to take on end-to-end sales responsibilities as the role evolves.
Minimum Requirements: Experience: 3-5+ years in a sales role, ideally with experience in event sales, ticketing, or sponsorships in the e-commerce or subscription space.
5+ years experience preferred.
Proven Track Record of Hitting KPIs: Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding financial KPIs in past roles, especially around lead generation, appointments set, and sales conversions.
CRM Proficiency: Strong experience using a CRM platform, with a preference for HubSpot.
Sales Skills: Proven experience with lead generation, appointment setting, and converting outreach into revenue.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present and maintain a professional image to clients.
Flexibility: Ability to adapt and take on varying responsibilities as the role grows, including potential full-cycle sales duties.
Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and project management abilities, with attention to detail and sound judgment.
