Position DescriptionA growing law firm in Macclesfield is seeking an experienced RTA lawyer to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated legal professional to advance their career within a supportive and dynamic firm.
Key Responsibilities: Manage a diverse caseload of RTA claims from inception to trial.Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategies.Prepare and draft legal documents, including pleadings, witness statements, and trial bundles.Liaise with clients, counsel, and other parties to ensure effective case management and resolution.Provide expert advice to clients regarding their claims and potential outcomes.Attend court hearings and advocate on behalf of clients.Requirements: Qualified Solicitor or Fee Earner with at least 2 years of experience in handling RTA claims.Extensive knowledge of RTA legal principles and procedures.Proven ability to manage claims independently and take cases through to trial.Experience with Proclaim software is desirable.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills.Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.Benefits: Competitive salary.Hybrid working opportunities to support work-life balance.Excellent career progression pathways within the firm.A range of additional benefits to support your professional and personal well-being.If you are a dedicated RTA lawyer looking for a new challenge in a vibrant and expanding law firm, this role offers a fantastic opportunity to grow your career.
